Find quality candidates on TikTok Live
• Start on your TikTok For You / Live tab — tap Live to find candidates
• Look for positive, self-motivated people building their brand
• Most eligible creators are in the "C" and "D" leagues
• Check their league via Daily Rankings (top-left banner) — make sure it's C or D
💡 Pro-tip: Train your algorithm to show you C & D league creators — interact in chat and watch only C/D league lives.
The flow — in order
🚨 FIRST — double-check eligibility on Backstage. Every time. When a creator replies, do NOT invite them yet. Check Backstage to confirm they show Available. If you invite someone already in another network, TikTok can call it poaching — even if they never sign, and you can lose your agent privileges.
⚠️ If a creator is NOT available, kindly and quickly end the conversation. Do not help them leave their current program.

🎯 Send around 100 messages a day. Reach-out is a skill — it can take 4–5 days (~400–500 messages) before responses start rolling in. Keep going.

Q"Does the agency get access to my account?"▼
No — a TikTok Live agency does not get access to your account. They can't log in, see your messages, change your settings, or touch anything on your profile. The only thing the agency gets is a creator code that TikTok generates. That code just connects your account to the agency on TikTok's backend so you can unlock: • Battles & rankings • Agency events • Tournaments • Support & growth tools • (If your agency has one) earnings tracking, training, etc. It's simply TikTok's way of saying: "This creator is officially partnered with this agency." No passwords. No login access. No control over your account. Just a connection TikTok uses so the agency can support you on Live.
Q"Does the agency take any money? How do they benefit?"▼
No — a TikTok Live agency does not take any of your money. Everything you earn on TikTok Live goes straight to you. Agencies can't touch your gifts, payout, or earnings. So how do they benefit? TikTok pays agencies on the backend for helping creators grow and stay active on Live. Basically: • Agencies help creators go live more consistently • Creators perform better • TikTok rewards the agency for supporting that growth It's TikTok paying the agency — not the creator. Yes — a TikTok Live creator network like Recapture Live Stream is free for creators. You don't pay to join, there's no sign-up or monthly fee, and the network doesn't take a cut of your diamonds or earnings. As an official TikTok Live creator network partner, they're supported by TikTok to help you grow and monetize — not by charging you.
Q"I got a TikTok invite — what does it mean?"▼
This invitation is coming directly from TikTok, not from a third-party website. TikTok is asking if you want to link your account to Recapture as your TikTok LIVE creator network. When you accept: • Your account becomes associated with Recapture inside TikTok LIVE • Recapture can see your LIVE performance data (such as hours streamed and diamonds earned) • Recapture can support you, guide you, and invite you to LIVE events, battles, and opportunities What you are NOT agreeing to — accepting does NOT: • Give Recapture your login information • Take a percentage of your LIVE earnings • Change how or when you get paid • Give up ownership of your account or content • Affect your TikTok Shop, brand deals, or off-platform income Your TikTok account stays 100% under your control at all times. The 15-day rule (important, but not scary): after accepting, TikTok requires a 15-day waiting period before you can leave or switch networks. That's a TikTok platform rule, not something Recapture created, and it applies to all creator networks. In simple terms: you're not signing a contract or giving anything up. You're simply choosing Recapture to be the network that supports and represents you inside TikTok LIVE while you grow and earn.
Q"Is the invite the same for everyone?"▼
Yes. Every creator receives the same type of invite through TikTok when joining a LIVE agency. TikTok controls the invite — not the agency. When an agency submits your username inside TikTok's LIVE system, TikTok automatically sends you an official invite inside your TikTok inbox. That invite screen is the exact same for every creator because it's generated by TikTok, not customized by the agency. The only thing that changes on the invite is the name of the creator network you're joining. Everything else — the layout, wording, and accept button — is the same for everyone. Accepting the invite does not give the agency access to your account. It simply links your account to that creator network inside TikTok's LIVE system so they can support you with things like training, events, and creator programs.

There are two ways to join a TikTok LIVE agency: 1) Apply through the application link • Fill out the agency's application form (linked in the agent's bio) • The agency reviews it • If approved, they send an official invitation through TikTok • You get the invite in your TikTok inbox and accept it 2) Manual invitation (send your code) • Open TikTok → TikTok Studio • Tap LIVE at the top • Scroll down and tap Tools & Resources • Tap Join Creator Network • Tap View How to Join • Under the second step, tap Invitation Code • Copy the code and send it to your agent They enter the code in their portal, which sends you an official TikTok invite. Once you accept it in your inbox, you're officially part of the agency.

How to invite a creator
Backstage workflow + confirm acceptance

Once a creator applies, this is how you actually invite them in Backstage and confirm they joined.

Open Scout Creators — from the Backstage main page, tap Scout creators.

Tap "Applied" — to view creators who have applied.

Tap Invite — next to the creator's name. This opens the invitation panel.

Confirm status — it must show ✅ Available. Only "Available" creators can be invited.

Scroll & tap Invite — on the invitation panel, scroll over and tap Invite. This opens Management Details.

Set management details — enter exactly: start date, 3-year management period, Language: English. Tap Preview.

Send invite — on the Preview screen, tap Invite. You'll see "Your invitation is now under review." That confirms it sent.

Find the invitation — go back to Scout creators, tap Pending invitations. This is where active invites live.

Send reminder (required) — on the creator's invitation row you'll see "Reminder sent." 🔔 This goes to the creator's TikTok system notifications.

Confirm acceptance — tap the notification bell (top right). ✅ "[Creator name] has successfully joined the Creator Network" 🎉 — they're officially added.
🔔 Always send the reminder — it triggers the creator's TikTok notification.
⚠️ If the "Affiliated account risk" popup appears, continue to invite as normal (tap Continue to invite) — the invite just takes longer, up to 24 hours to process.
